Les parents sont responsables de souscrire une assurance appropriée.

Les parents sont à tout moment responsables de donner des instructions et des directives claires à la baby-sitter concernant la garde de leur(s) enfant(s).

Bien que nous fassions tout notre possible pour sélectionner des baby-sitters fiables et qualifiées, nous ne pouvons garantir l'adéquation d'une baby-sitter spécifique à vos besoins individuels. Nous effectuons des vérifications d'antécédents et des entretiens, mais nous ne sommes pas responsables du comportement, des actions ou de la négligence de la baby-sitter pendant la période de garde.

Toutes les baby-sitters sont soigneusement sélectionnées, notamment au moyen d'un questionnaire détaillé et de la demande de références.

Les baby-sitters sont en possession d'un « certificat de bonne conduite » d'extrait de casier judiciaire (bulletin 3).

Dordogne Baby-Sitter Service n'est pas responsable des dommages, blessures ou pertes causés par les actes ou la négligence d'une baby-sitter. Notre responsabilité est en tout état de cause limitée au montant des frais de réservation/d'administration. En utilisant nos services, vous acceptez ces conditions.

Annulation

En cas d'annulation d'une réservation, les frais d'inscription/de réservation ne sont pas remboursés.

Généralités

Tout litige éventuel est soumis au droit français.

DBSS se réserve le droit de modifier à tout moment la présente clause de non-responsabilité/les présentes conditions générales. Il vous appartient de les consulter régulièrement.

DBSS/J. Meijnders is in het bezit van een verzekering genaamd ‘assurance responsabilité civile’.

Wij raden ouders aan ook hun eigen verzekering te controleren. 

Ouders zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor het afsluiten van een passende verzekering.

Ouders zijn te allen tijde verantwoordelijk voor het geven van duidelijke instructies en richtlijnen aan de babysitter met betrekking tot de verzorging van hun kind(eren).

Hoewel wij ons uiterste best doen om betrouwbare en gekwalificeerde babysitters te selecteren, kunnen wij geen garantie geven over de geschiktheid van een specifieke babysitter voor uw individuele behoeften. Wij voeren achtergrondcontroles en interviews uit, maar zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor het gedrag, de acties of nalatigheid van de babysitter tijdens de oppasperiode.

Alle babysitters zijn zorgvuldig gescreend o.a. door middel van een uitgebreid vragenformulier en het het opvragen van referenties.

De babysitters zijn in het bezit van een ‘bewijs van goed gedrag’ d'extrait de casier judiciaire’ (bulletin 3).

Dordogne Baby-Sitter Service is niet aansprakelijk voor schade, letsel of verlies veroorzaakt door de handelingen of nalatigheid van een babysitter. Onze aansprakelijkheid is in ieder geval beperkt tot het bedrag van de reserverings/administratiekosten. Door gebruik te maken van onze diensten, gaat u akkoord met deze voorwaarden.

annulering

Bij annulering van een boeking worden de inschrijvings/reserveringskosten niet gerestitueerd.

Algemeen

Op alle eventueel ontstane geschillen is Frans recht van toepassing.

DBSS behoudt zich het recht voor deze disclaimer/algemene voorwaarden op elk moment te wijzigen. Het is uw verantwoordelijkheid om deze regelmatig te raadplegen.

Although we do our utmost to select reliable and qualified babysitters, we cannot guarantee the suitability of a specific babysitter for your individual needs. We carry out background checks and interviews, but are not responsible for the behaviour, actions or negligence of the babysitter during the babysitting period.

All babysitters are carefully screened, including by means of a comprehensive questionnaire and the request for references.

The babysitters are in possession of a 'certificate of good conduct' d'extrait de casier judiciaire' (bulletin 3).

Dordogne Baby-Sitter Service is not liable for damage, injury or loss caused by the actions or negligence of a babysitter. Our liability is in any case limited to the amount of the reservation/administration costs. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of a booking, the registration/reservation fees will not be refunded.

General

Any disputes that may arise shall be governed by French law.
